Iran Human Rights Barometer is a project of United for Iran, an independent nonprofit organization started and operated by Iranian activists, dissidents and former political prisoners. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but with staff around the world, we champion civil liberties and human rights in Iran. We use rigorous research, data and technology to improve the human rights conditions, increase the capacity of civil society, and engage Iranian citizens.
